Thank you so much for taking the trouble to follow up on your horror. It's so easy to get too busy so often in life. The best farm animal org in Canada is right here in Vancouver, Canadians For The Ethical Treatment of Food Animals http://www.cetfa.com/>. Please contact them and I hope they can help you to make your complaint more effective, though complaining to the actual company is truly just a waste of time and to the government hardly (if any) better though it must be done for form's sake so that you can say that you have done all the right things.

Please let us know what course you are able to take.
