SPCA life member questions the SPCA's leadership

In March of 2000 I took out a life-time membership with the SPCA.
In the last four years I have become more ashamed of it every day, as I found more and more examples of apparent irresponsible leadership of those ultimately in charge of the BC-SPCA.
