Cindy Soules (BC SPCA staff)has advised me to direct my request for an investigation into Keisha's death directly to you. Below you will find two letters, one from a volunteer at the Maple Ridge Shelter, and one from the family that wished to adopt this little girl.

This unnecessary death took place after the new directives were produced and implemented! Once again, it appears that the Maple Ridge staff have not adhered to policy and procedure protocol, which has lead to another death of an innocent.

Please advise me as soon as possible on the actions you will be taking regarding this investigation.
