A very quick response has come from Paul regarding the need for immediate assistance with the shelter, his comments follow:

With our City Manager moving to another job, a number of us are trying to fill the gap - the SPCA issue is one that I have dropped the ball on & will try to pick up as soon as I can.

The plan has been approved by Council & now it is up to each of us to work on the things that we said we would. If I recall, Brock agreed to help with the Shelter issue.

Brock, I know you've talked to a few people about this & perhaps you could fill gail in. Thx.
