Perhaps you should phone the BC SPCA yourself about whether Mr Eccles is unionized or not. A title is not a flawless indicator.

The "defiance" I was referring to is employee defiance of new directions the SPCA has taken, not the defiance you refer to in Vernon, which came from its board.

Messages with personal comment such as: "I think you will make better headway if the rhetoric is toned down a bit", will be removed in future. This board is not a forum to instruct others but to inform others. Information exchanged is what is necesary to the task of making the SPCA reform; real reform for animals not just bells and whistles for the media and donators. Personal remarks only distract.
