Ad in newspaper regarding SPCA isolation areas

I just read Maria's post from quite a way back. She suggested donating money to take an add out with picture(s) of the SPCA isolation areas (used for isolating sick animals from "healthy" ones). The isolation areas are horrible, frightening places, and at the very least, the animals in these cells should have the right to a blanket to lay on. As Maria noted, you can see these dingy, austere holding cells from the east side of the building. Take a look, you won't be able to get it out of your mind. This could be a big eye opener for the public in general. Changes must be made to the isolation areas. It may also encourage people who don't know any better, not to dump their animal there just because it's the most convenient option. I would donate to this. Is it possible?
