We are simply collecting data at this point, not making judgments about individual ads. It's certain that there are entries in the database that would not be classified as backyard breeders or puppy millers upon further examination. If, however, an individual advertises 19 litters of pups ranging from Chihuahuas to Shepherd crosses in a two month period, do you think that might be worthy of a follow up? The shelters are overwhelmed with the supply of unwanted pets ... I think it's worthwhile to draw attention to the source.
