Hello Track Team:

Your contributions to the database have been coming in regularly, and we're now up to 572 entries. Not bad for a fledgling operation just a few weeks old. Our goal is to document the cottage industry of pet selling in our communities. We're convinced that what we are doing will lead to greater enforcement of existing bylaws and eventual further regulation of this lucrative business.

When we have enough evidence against several breeders/sellers we will do two things with the info: We will send the documentation to Revenue Canada and we will target a municipality where some of the worst are and start a campaign to get control of breeding laws in that municipality.
