I just read this and i didn't know what was wrong with the SPCA but I knew something was really wrong for along time. No wonder everyone was so rude and uncaring at the Vernon SPCA. I always got the impression that they were to busy to care about animals that were chained up and all the wild cats in Vernon. I guess they were too busy being the dog catcher! I must say, that now that some staff are gone things are much better there! But for years the place made me feel sick at heart to go into. Maybe it is a good thing that the SPCA is running things from HO? JMO!
