Read Odie's story, how he was shuffled from one SPCA to another until he was sick and dispirited. Look at his before picture, his eyes sparkling with anticipation of good times ahead and then look at his eyes in the after picture - filled with fear and despair. We cannot forget Odie's eyes and we are not going to let the SPCA forget either. Odie is the sad proof of SPCA dog-shuffling, until the dog just "disappears". It's an old, well documented game
