Do you realize that when you use all capital letters in anything on the internet it means you are yelling? I certainly hope you weren't yelling at me!! I did not speak to the supervisor. I have since been back to the shelter. Today at 14:30 all cages were clean, all cats had hidy boxes and the very frightened cats had covers over the cage for privacy! Food and water was also present. Boy was I happy to see that because I really didn't feel like yelling at anyone today! This does not however, let anyone off the hook, what I saw yesterday was totally unacceptable and should never, never happen! Thanks for all of your suggestions!
