I did not find you rude but informative instead. What you describe is not occurring in my area and I want to keep it that way. In my area there are what AAS calls enablers. If they are in your area then it seems there are not enough. Other than blasting the dogs at the dump, what animal control is there? What do they do to round up theses feral dogs?

If enablers stop performing what they see as needed, then the common cruelty occurring in your area will spread through out the province. That is a consequence of the closed-door shelters. Is it a price an animal should pay for the sake of an idealist notion?
