The Kamloops SPCA is now screaming for foster homes for mom cats with kittens. If they can't find foster homes (translated to 'can't provide adequate care') and having read the recent article with Jennifer Gore's statements then these cats and kittens stand a good chance of being euthanized. This is no different from how SPCA's did business years ago, euthanasia moratorium? Yeah right.
