Oh gee another SPCA scam! This is the kind of thing people need to know about. It should NOT be up to the potential adoptors to have the animal s/n'd. The procedure must be done before the adoption. Too bad if the SPCA can't make any more money from the potential offspring of the unsterilized ones, they also won't have to kill any.
