KEISHA - ANOTHER DEATH DUE TO SPCA INDIFFERENCE

Keisha is another one to never forget and for whom we will never give up exposing the indifference and ruthlessness of the SPCA employees who are fighting to keep their dog-disposal jobs. If the BC SPCA truly wishes to reform (and we have good reason not to be convinced of that yet) then these employees are one of the biggest hurdles that must be dealt with.
