I'm looking forward to an answer, if there is one. I aggree with a lot of what people have said on this thread. Why wasn't he put in a foster home? How is it the SPCA doesn't see how hard their "shelter" is on dogs? He must have felt so scared, can you imagine a young dog suddenly put into a "prison cell" and not knowing why? His bio said he was a sweet boy etc. Why was he killed???????
