Well, I only have 15 years behind the scenes and you bet there are the good the bad and the ugly, out there but there is in every industry, do we shut down the entire thing or regulate and improve it? I worked for some amazing trainers on the track both thoroughbred and standardbred and yes in the shedrows near things happened that weren't right, they were also reported.
The horse I have now isn't the first off-the-track thoroughbred I have had, nor will she be the last. I and many others out there love them, use them and will always have them. I and many others have spent years dedicating our riding lives to off-the-track thoroughbreds and always will. It's a passion and love.
It's unfair to paint all thorougbred folks with one brush.
