I was told that Suzie was seen for years, crouched down, her snout poking out of the narrow crack under the the garage door, piteously and hopelessly trying to see something, anything.
This kind of cruelty is incomprehensible to me. How is it possible for any person to ignore the pleading face and the begging cries for one minute much less years?
Suzie's owners should have been charged with cruelty. The SPCA ran an "End Cruelty" campaign for a long time. Has it ever described garage-dog cruely? Has it ever run ads in English and Chinese saying that keeping a dog in a garage is cruelty? If it has, we welcome the SPCA to tell us so.
