I hope that article means that other animal groups are 'getting' to the spca...I was heartsick when I read the article to begin with, but then felt better knowing that perhaps it is the vocal people putting pressure on the SPCA to be more honest.
Why are there still so many dogs in terrible conditions in back yards?
Why are so many animals still leaving the SPCA unspayed and unneutered?
Where does the money go for all those unused spay and neuter certificates?
Why do so many volunteers complain to me about the lack of treatment, and lack of caring of some of the SPCA staff?
The SPCA has a long, long ways to go.
