How dare the SPCA compare their CAMP/DTA4 assessment tools to the one used in England!
Even if you look past all the "technical" differences between the British test and the BCSPCA's, the underlying fact that the SPCA does the assessment using a stranger, whereas the RSPCA in England tests the dog with a person who has been caring for the dog and whom the dog has built some trust with, means the BCSPCA is setting all these dogs up for failure and death, right from the get go. Under the RSPCA testing, Amanda Muir would be the person assessing Cheech and he would pass with flying colors, but instead the SPCA puts a strange man with a broom in the dog's kennel and condemns him to death when he reacts!
