Where is the "distress" that is the only offence that the SPCA is permitted to seize animals for?
Why is the SPCA keeping these dogs on sand and especially, sawdust, when it is commonly known that sawdust is a dangerous irritant to dogs' eyes, ears, mouths, feet, and genitals!
Seized dogs have died of disease at dirty SPCA facilities where the basics of dog husbandry are ignorantly ignored. Unless they are sold or killed before they sicken and die.
