Dear Animal Advocates,
Randolph has made a number of good points.
I attended a meeting in Victoria around the same time. At that meeting Mr. Brimacombe told our volunteer group in response to a direct question on "Victoria's money" that he believed it was a poor business practice to spend money donated for one branch somewhere else. Mr. Brimacombe also emphasized his own considerable talents as a "good businessman" and manager. What a tangled web was woven.
I strongly support the comment that the SPCA can no longer be the disposers of society's surplus animals. This issue is at the center of all the BC SPCA's problems.
