It is interesting to note that, without exception, the Lower Mainland volunteer animal rescue groups have spoken highly of Bev Parent and her dedication to helping stray and feral cats struggling to survive on the streets. It takes a very kind and committed person to go out in the rain late at night, year after year, and trap these unspayed/unneutered cats in order to improve their lives. By all accounts, Bev gave unselfishly of her own time, spent her own money and made a considerable difference in the lives of many cats. Her work with feral cats is especially to be commended as the plight of feral cats is most-often ignored. YOU made a positive difference for them, Bev, and earned the respect of your many volunteer animal rescue colleagues.
