I find it interesting that Ms. Walker is so ready to complain and do it *publicly*, so quickly, without even probably having been to the RAPS shelter or knowing any of its staff.
A lot of hard work and effort on behalf of an association, shelter or group can be quickly easily damaged by someone who doesn't know *all* the facts before making a public statement. In the end it is the animals that pay the price.
Maybe she should spend less time criticizing from her computer and go down to offer a hand - then if things are truly bad, she can rightly complain.
