I have had way too many encounters with the SPCA where the animal was treated just the opposite of what the SPCA stands for

This is so unfortunate, I feel so bad for the owners of this dog that was put down unnecessarily. I have had way too many encounters with the SPCA where the animal was treated just the opposite of what the SPCA stands for in my opinion. I have no faith in this so called HUMANE SOCIETY ORGANIZATION!, I will only donate money to Organizations such as the AAS.
