Thats the vet I am speaking of. I do believe he is still on the board of the Penticton spca. Would be interesting to see what HO feels about his "painless laser declawing". I also heard he does all spays and neuters for the local spca. The manager says they use different vets, to be fair to everyone. Would be interesting to see what is really going on and how many animals he is spaying and neutering from this shelter.
